Seating on R-27

I have a 2021 R-27 that is new to me. The backrest of the captain’s bench seat, which pivots fore and aft, will not go all the back if the dinette table is up. Rather, the backrest collides with the table top. And that’s with the bench seat moved all the way forward. If I lower the table then passengers cannot sit in the starboard aft bench seat unless they put their legs straight out. Am I missing something? Is there a way to take the dinette table off?

I got an answer to this from Kenny at Ranger Tugs. I was unaware that the captain's seat was adjustable and would move up, which solved my problem of interference with the table. My thanks to Kenny!
