After many miles of towing my 2008 R25 Classic, the bow eyebrow has separated from the cabin leaving only the hand rails holding it on. On my last trip of 2600 miles, I had to tie it down in three places to get home. The screws on the front and both sides have pulled out and the middle front screw has broken off. I think I will have to drill out the holes and fill them with epoxy and then redrill. However, I'm concerned that since one of the screws has sheared off, there may be more going on and therefore the fix may not be adequate. Certainly I notice that trailering the boat is hard on it because of all the flexing while underway - loose screws, doors not aligned, etc. I can't think of a way to shock mount the eyebrow that will take into account the flexing. Has anyone else had this problem and have successfully dealt with it?
