Sorry about this, it's a sort of duh! question.
I have a 2019 RT-31 with the genny noted in the title aboveI. I would like to service it for the first time (for me). However, I am having trouble finding some of the service point locations.
I have taken off the top of the sound shield and found the top of the oil dipstick. I took off the port side panel where the water coolant hose enters, but I'm not sure the water pump is down there. I don't want to unnecessarily take off any more of the sound shield without knowing which one to take off. The service manual shows a cutout on page 22, but it is not clear which cover to take off.
I hope someone who has done this can give me step by step instructions (starting with shield removal), particularly any tricks for what may be hard parts, like accessing and taking apart the water pump to change the impeller.
