My thruster was experiencing problems and I noticed that the voltage at both thruster power terminals was 24 volts rather than the 12 volts per the user manual. Anybody have an explanation? Thanks.

Sounds like someone wired your thruster batteries in series instead of parallel. Check your yellow jumper cable it should be wired Neg to Neg .
