Site Errors Viewing Pics

I get the error below every time I try to view pics on this site. I may get to look at a few, but before long this error shows up. Has anyone else had this problem? Any idea how to resolve it?

Rob&Karen - if you check out the postings under the section "How do I" and look for the topic "Forbidden", you will see that this problem is not new. Many of us have experienced the same issue, but I'm not sure who, or if anyone is addressing this on the administration end. Sorry.
