Sky light rubber drying out

I have a 2020 R23 the rubber around the sky lights has become dry from the sun. The black is running down the side of the boat. Any one else experiencing this and how have you stopped it

On my 2017 29S I recently had to redo all the caulking around all 6 of the non hatch skylights. Was a very poor job from the factory. Actually caused serious leakage.
