It has cleared the drink holder, raised a captains chair with arm rests, 4 inches. Still folds up out of the way. I went to a restuarant supply and got a 1 inch butcher board which is about the same as King board. Now it slides forward and backwards and swivels sideways for tv watchin. It clears the drink holder by an inch and a half.
Took it out of the Mis Dee and thought it would not work without taking out the drinks holders. It needs the slide , swivel action to spin it around and to lift it up out of the way.
Now if I can figure out how to get it to recline so I can take a nap in it. 😉
