I know this is a longshot and if it's against posting rules, let me know and delete it....
I will be leaving my slip at Squalicum Harbor marina on October 20 2025, returning sometime around April 1, 2026. It's a 40-foot space at the end of Dock A, Gate 3. Short walk to the locked gate, restrooms, and parking. The slip has 30 amp power; water is nearby. The space costs me about $600/month, but I'm willing to take half that with prepayment for 5 months plus $200 deposit toward electricity costs. (I'm assuming you'll put in a heater/dehumidifier.) So that's $1700 for the whole winter and the potential for a refund if you use less than $200 of power. (My power is about $10/month for the summer, but I'm not running a heater.) If you only want a month or two, I'll need the whole $600 per month.
Any Ranger Tug or Cutwater boat will fit in the spot except the R-41 or R-43. Obviously any boat with an LOA under 40 feet can use this slip.
