There's a nice four page layout of an excerpt from Ranger Tug owner Bill Eggert's book, Gentlemen of the Harbor: Stories of Chesapeake Bay Tugboats and Crews. Soundings bills itself as a magazine with " Real Boats for Real Boaters, " Like Ranger Tug owners!
