Anybody interested in close in covered moorage for the winter I have a 42', private birth, covered slip available at the Pt. Orchard Marina. Prime, secure south sound location in downtown Pt. Orchard and only a short ferry ride from Seattle and the east side. Ample private tenant parking, security gates, showers, trash service, fuel.
Live aboard status not available but with three allotted overnight stays per week enabling extended weekend stays.
Month-to-month or five month lease available. $460 per month with no mark-up/lease rate is set by Port.
