What is the wall thickness of the stainless railings on the 2022 R-27?
Other posts say that the outside diameter is 1", but what is the wall thickness?
I want to build a dinghy storage rack over the bimini top over the cockpit.
I will need several long pieces of 1" tubing and several Tees and corner fittings.
I plan to use some of the hinged Tees to attach it to the existing tubing.
1" stainless tubing is available in 0.049" or 0.065" wall thickness.
(maybe other thickness, but that is all I can find online)
If the existing tubing is 0.049", then I probably don't want the extra cost and weight of 0.065" tubing.
But, if the existing tubing is 0.065", then I should probably get the same.
