I am looking to build a platform with a few T connectors and stainless steel rails to connect the existing cross bars on the boat. The platform will store a few crab pots to keep the cockpit clean.
I'm trying to source some 1 inch polished stainless steel rails and it seems most of the places online only have 304.
Does anyone know if the rails on our boats are also 304? I would have preferred 316 for this, but just curious if I'm overthinking it.
