stern thruster add on

I have a new R-23 and am wondering about adding a stern thruster to her. She has a bow thruster but I think the addition of a stern thruster will greatly enhance closer quarter maneuverability. Any one out there added a stern thruster to an R-23 or have any thoughts about this?

I would think a bow thruster and the use of an outboard would give you similar results, hence no stern thruster. Keep it simple.
