Stern Thruster not working

When I move the joy stick to operate the stern thruster, all it does is make a clicking sound. The thruster propeller is not turning. The bow thruster works fine. Before I stick my head over the side to check to see if it ate a stick or something are there any other possible causes for this issue? The troubleshooting material provided is pretty limited.

Go on the sidepower site. There is a whole list of troubleshooting sequences to go through. If it were a stick the fuse would have blown or the shear pin would have sheared.
 
I had a similar problem with the bow thruster on our prior R27 and used the "Trouble Shooting Guide" and found it very useful. I ended up diagnosing the problem down to a solenoid when once replaced corrected my problem. Let me know your email by PM and I'll send this manual to you if you are unable to locate.
