The stern thruster on our 2015 R31 ran without any problem until it sucked up a stray line. It then only responded with rapid clicks (I assume the solenoid) but no motor. I’ve removed the jammed line and the prop can be spun freely by hand, but still no motor, only clicks. Ideas?

Have you checked the fuse? If the motor isn't spinning at all that would be my first bet.
If you can hear the motor whirling but it isn't spinning the prop (try with your engine off to hear it) then you probably need to replace the shear pin.
