I read similar issues in general communications part of this forum regarding my stern thruster. It stopped working and I thought was due to excess water from heavy storms. So, I let boat dry out for about a week with manual override battery supply source for thruster turned "OFF". Now, when I turn on the manual override button to "ON", thruster motor works---but it is working nonstop and will not turn off from either of my helm stations or on my remote. I unplugged power sources on thruster along with control leads and let it rest a few minutes. Cleaned all leads and reinstalled only to have it do the same thing again. Any suggestions from this point?

You may have water intrusion. First make sure it is not a problem with your joy sticks. I would disconnect one at a time and see if it stops. If it stops then it will most likely be that joystick. If that check does not determine the problem then you will need to remove the thruster and open the case and take a look. Unfortunately if the water intrusion has been happening for a while you may need a new motor. Imtra is very helpful with troubleshooting on the phone.
