Last month all was fine at the lake. Put my 2018 C30 on the trailer and parked it for 30 days. Launched it today at the lake and only the bow thruster was working. The stern motor is not turning or making any noise. Remote control works the front, not the rear. I just read the manual and there is a separate fuse for the front and rear. I'll check that tomorrow.
Any other suggestions?

Check the fuse first. I would check it with an ohm meter. These fuses develop fine line cracks and over time they can lose continuity, but still look good. Other times they will look good and still be bad. Instead of removing the fuse you can do it while installed. Make sure thruster main is off. Then place ohm meter probes on the lugs on either side of the fuse. If the fuse is okay then make sure the power connections to the thruster are good. After that you need to follow the sidepower troubleshooting guide sequence. It could be the joy stick controller or connections, the thermal fuse, the relay or the solenoid. Following the guide will help rule out each.

I was checking for power and clipped the voltmeter on the ground stud on the rear transom where a cluster of ground wires connect INCLUDING the thruster main ground wire. It seems a bit corroded and moved when I applied a little force to the wire. Cleaned and greased it with di-electric and re-assembled. Wala, it now works. Dirty connection.
