Ranger 2008 R25 classic stern thruster pulses on and off with joy stick controler off. Need a referral for some one who has experience removing and trouble shooting the problem. any where between Bellingham and Tacoma can trailer boat. This self run situation happened before but self corrected and was ok for several trips until now.would appreciate an answer by Monday 7/6 /2020
