Stern tie reel

Does anyone know where I can get a plastic reel for a stern tie. I've gone on the internet but I have not found a sight . I have bought the rope but it came on a wood reel and I am afraid the wood will not stand up to wetness. Please advise.

Many of us use an inexpensive hose reel purchased at Walmart or Fred Meyer!! Works great!!

Another option is to go to West Marine and ask them for one of the black plastic spools that line comes on, when the spool becomes empty. I did this at our local West Marine when buying a couple of other things and they let me have it for free.

I did the same as Jim. This gave me an extra spool, which I gave away as my 600' of poly line cane with a plastic spool.
