Storage, organizing and other customization ideas

I envy the room! And love all the mods. One thing I saw was the throwable devise according to the CC need to be out and accessible. Under the hatch might not be considered accessible especially if there are items on the hatch itself.

Last season I removed the original, 11 year old TV from the Salon.
I installed a new TV in the stateroom, and decided that I'd rather have the open space in the salon - when the TV is removed there is an ugly patch of wires towards the bow end of where the TV used to go... so my pal created a wooden (and stained to match) "plate" that is friction fit into place.
Note, the pickup for the Cell Phone Booster is in the middle (beyond the 2 ceiling lights)- which is also friction fit in case we have to remove it in the future. And I re-used the TV receptacle for the Cell Booster Power on the right side of the "box" where the TV used to be. Clear as mud?

Only "watched TV" once in the salon - set up a computer where the 2 hats are on the port side - and linked up to the sound system via blue tooth... the old TV in the ceiling was redundant.

In sum, without the salon TV, the boat has a greater "open" feeling now.

Looking for good ideas for fishing rod storage.

Thanks for all the great details 🙂. Could you please explain how you hung the drafting tubes?

Can't count the number of times have we've mistakenly leaned on the horn or switched on the cockpit underwater lights.

Shawn on Tugether Atlas created switch locks to solve the issue.

We weren't the only ones to notice them on his tug. After receiving repeated requests, he's now making them available for a very reasonable fee. Here's the link.

All it takes is an engineering mind, CAD experience and a 3D printer. Brilliant!
