Storage under navigator station R25

FYI, For those of you who have a Webasto Diesel Heater this space is where it is located.
 
WOW! Your R25 SC storage space looks very different from my R25 Classic space!! Yours is so neat and tidy while mine is a rats nest. I’ll post pics of mine in a day or two.
 
Unlike the clean space under the navigators station on an RT-25 SC, here's what I found under my RT-25 Classic.

When I first opened this area up there was a loose fiberglass dust and other stuff. This next shot was taken after an extensive vacuuming and cleaning.

Was this area accessible before you made an access door to it. It looks like a connector in the center of the screen. Was this the factory wiring?
 
No, the area was not accessible prior to making the door cutout. The wiring, to the best of my knowledge, is all factory. It’s good to have access to the wiring but the area is not suitable for storage. Had I seen the insides first I would not have done this mod. BTW, the big red wire in the middle of the photo goes starboard to port and takes up much of the area I thought I could use for storage.
 
It may be a good thing you opened it up. If you could re-run the red wire and clean up the remaining wiring you may be able to box in an area to use.

I have an East Coast RT25SC so my area is filled with an A/C. I am thinking about opening the front end of the cave to install a drawer or 2 for storage. I need to search the site, I think I have seen where someone else has done a similar project.

Hope you find a way to use the space.
