Strainer relief overflow

When running the generator and the air conditioner the sea strainer dosent stay full and starts to empty quickly when the A/C pump comes on. Causing the a/c pump to run low and not pump What is the reason for the strainer relief overflow.
The bottom is clean and the boat was tied at the dock when running. 2020 R27 ob

Is this a factory installation? Sounds like the seacock/strainer/hose may be undersized for running both at the same time. My boat has a separate seacock and strainer for both the generator and the air conditioner. A picture of the setup would help.
