Sunsaver Duo remote not working

I have not been able to find the fuses that run from the Sunsaver to the batteries. However, the Sunsaver is blinking green. Does the blinking green mean the solar is charging the batteries? I'd like to have the remote working so I have its information, but I'm not able to fix it, but I would like to have the knowledge the batteries are being charged by the solar.

I have not been able to get a response from Morningstar.

Blinking green means the controller charger is in the absorption, float or equalization stage. Fuses should be in in-line plastic holders near where the wires from the controller connect to the batteries. This may be at the ACRs.
