surveyor recommendation, Lake Charlevoix, MI area

We plan to purchase an R25 this spring and we are interested in a recommendation for an outstanding surveyor(s) with experience with Ranger tugs in the Lake Charlevoix, MI area.

Hi Bob. Welcome aboard.
I am not able to give you a recommendation for a marine surveyor in the Lake Charlevoix area; however, would be more than happy to discuss Ranger Tugs with you and in particular the R25. My admiral and I have a MY 2009 R25 classic (Cummins power) which we keep on Lake Erie at Marina del Isle in Marblehead.
I see you are from the Columbus, OH area, we are just up the road from you in Marysville. Right now our tug is still in winter storage but comes out in a little over a month. If you would like to crawl all over one while on blocks in storage we could certainly do that. Also, anytime after mid to late April you are more than welcome to do the same after we get her back into the water. We keep our tug in the water April through mid October and only take her out to visit other places.
