T fitting for fresh water rinse for genn. and air cond.

I would like to put in a T so i can rinse the genn and air , with a fresh water supply when i pull boat out of the salt water . Is there a good quality kit for 3/4 and 5/8 hose
?, that would have a positive ball valve or something ? I don't want a cheap kit with just a screw on cap ( like i have seen with some aftermarket automotive flush kits ) or am i better to make my own kit up ? would it be best to put the T before or after the strainers ? thanks in advance , for any advice . I will flush out my air conditioner by just opening the thru hull and then force fresh water with a garden hose into the water discharge. The fresh water exits out the sea cock. Been doing that since I got the boat and so far all is well. Not sure about the genset.

I cut into the AC intake hose on the port side of the engine and inserted a tee and a pair of shut off valves.
I can screw a garden hose onto the hose from the center leg of the tee and run the AC while on the trailer.
Uses a whole lot of water - which is no issue here on the farm for doing maintenance inside the cabin on a hot day.
Leaving the one valve open will push water back out the intake (mostly) which might be handy for clearing crud out of it while at the dock.

I don't know the specifics of how raw water flows to, through, and from the genset, but I'd want to make sure that I'm not pushing the rinse water into the engine cylinder via the exhaust system.
