Tandem bicycle on roof rack

We frequently cruise with a tandem bicycle that weighs 42 lbs. Is the roof rack sufficient to support that weight on a R25SC? Has anyone else done this on an R25SC and are their any issues/problems that I need to consider in advance? I plan on using a RockyMounts Tandem Mount R4 that has a pivoting fork mount so I can mount the fork and then lift the rear wheel up to the tray. The rack is heat treated aluminum. (We have not ordered the boat with the rear canvas to eliminate any issues with aft overhang.)

I have had a lot more than 42 pounds carried on my R25SC with no problems.

I travel with two bikes on the racks all the time. Only problem is that twice as many people come up and tell you how "cute" your boat is.
