Tandem Trailer Wheel Alignment

I tow my 2012 R27 on a tandem-axle EZ Loader trailer, model TA 102B. The inboard two inches of the left front tire is wearing badly, to the point of slick tread. The other tires do not have this wear pattern. I have two other boats with tandem axle trailers and neither of them have ever had this kind of tire wear. Can these wheels be aligned?

You could also have a bent wheel or it needs to be high speed balanced.

I would think that if you are getting wear on only one tire it is tire or wheel specific. It could be inflation or out of balance or a bent axle. If it were me I would check to see if my inflation is correct and the wheel is balanced and then swap tires with one of the others and see how the swapped tire wears.
