Has any one had to reglue their floor panels? Mine are loose in a few places and I am wondering what works best to re attach
Thanks

I would use construction adhesive which can be purchased at Home Depot. The question is, will you be able to remove the flooring without damage to be able to re-glue it.

Maybe a larger syringe would do the trick to get a liquid adhesive under the loose areas. They also sell these at West Marine.

Yes. We used an liquid adhesive recommended by Ranger that you can get at Home Depot or Lowes and used a thin paint brush to apply it. It comes in quart/pints. I think it was a floor adhesive. Give Ranger a call and they'll let you know.

I would remove the panel completely. Clean it and re install it with a life caulk type of adhesive. It will never come up again. One tube should do it. I think a tube costs about $15.00. DO NOT USE 5200! 4200 is ok.

I agree with removing the whole floor just worried about it breaking if it doesn't come up easy..
Thanks everyone

Yes, it could snap. I would use De Bond. It comes in a little spray can. Along with some wooden shims, to use as wedges. Various pieces of wood, some razor blades (maybe a long bladed knife) and a whole lot of patients. Listen for that wood splintering sound and stop if you here it. I may also give one of those cutting tools with the thin wire and the 2 handles a shot. I used one once to remove a windlass that was on with 5200 and 4 big bolts. The bolts came out, but the windlass would not budge. It's all a matter of how hard it's secured down. My floor is fine and I hope it stays that way!

I watched a section our floor on our 27 being replaced by the factory techs. It did not come up in one piece.

Ours is coming up all over. Upstairs, down in the cabin. I may pull up and go another route. I would not use what ever the factory used to adhere it though. I didn't hold the first time after a few years why would it hold the second time
