The Thetford Tecma Toilet on our 2020 R29 is not working. No lights on Control Panel.

Fuses are good. Power is at the Controller Box behind toilet. Does the Controller Box need to be replaced?
 
It has a sleep mode when not used for several hours
Lights off but it’s powered when it’s sleeping
Hope it’s easy as that
 
Unfortunately, the control panel does not respond at all.
 
It sounds like it, if you're getting power behind the switch and it's still not lighting up, it might be bad. If you need help sourcing a new switch let us know.
 
Replaced controller.... No Lights on the control panel.

Turns out the the wire from the controller to the control panel was being pinched. Replaced the wire and everything is now working. Unfortunately, I have a extremely expensive "spare" controller.
