The plastic hinges on my toilet are starting to crack. Thetford only sells the seat and lid with hinges, does not sell the hinges separately. Has anyone found a suitable substitute for the exiting hinges? Otherwise I think I'm off to Home Depot or Lowes for a new seat/lid combo.
 
UPDATE: Went to Lowes Home Improvement and bought a $7 toilet seat and used the hinges. of the 8 screw holes 6 were in perfect alignment, 2 others were close enough to work. Job done and saved about $60.
