Tecma toilet sensor light stuck on red on 2020 R-31

On our 2020 R-31 our forward head toilet tank sensor is malfunctioning. It either goes from green to red randonly then remains red with the unlock button unlit even with the holding tank completely empty. Also the method for overriding the lockout is not working. Does anyone know of a solution.

Not sure ... but have you tried cleaning it semi-thoroughly? I would suggest a pump out followed by 2x fill with water and re-pumpout. Then fill 3/4 or so with water and a good dose of some cleaner (an oxidizing option like PBW powdered brewery wash comes to mind but I know most folks don't have that lying around like I do ). Although tedious, could also add some ice cubes for mechanical scrubbing. Then look for moderate chop to churn it for an hour, and pump out / rinse again.

Ours got stuck on red after a week in Canada macerating. It would macerate fine but indicator would stay red or go yellow for just a bit then red. Filling the tank with water and pumping out a few times upon return seemed to fix it.
