Beth and I just completed our 2-day training yesterday, looking forward to our future PNW cruising adventures on our 2022 RT27OB "Wave Crest".
We'd like to give a accknowledge our customer service trainer Tim Bates and the quick turnaround correction to our order.
During our training day one, we noted our solar panel upgrade was not correct, and Tim contacted the RT team. Next day, during training, we had additional team member showup with upgrad part, and we took a break while Tim assisted the installation swap. This was done during a rain squall mind you!
