Yes, but next week the weather will be great for cruising. As we always say, If you don't like the weather in Puget Sound, just wait a bit.
 
Yes I agree. Some of the best times for a cruise are during PNW's winter months. Just button up, turn up the cabin heater some and mosey out onto the waters. 😀
