Symptoms: Engine runs without overheating, but cannot flush the toilet, and water from wash down pump just trickles.
I suspect the strainer is operating with a negative pressure because the intake is partially blocked by eel grass.
Is there a way to back-flush the strainer?
I think I'm just gonna reach under the boat with a long bristly broom and see if i can dislodge the eel grass, but was hoping there's a more elegant solution. I used a tiny camera to look under the strainer. The strainer itself looks clean except for rust on the bottom.
