Thruster battery status?

Local BoatYard not prepping or launching right now (COVID issue), so I just started hanging out on my '19 R27 O/B.
Looking at a small switch above the AC & DC voltage gauges: labelled "Battery Sta." 1, 2 & 3. Selecting 1 & 2 show 14v. ea. 3 shows 8v (pegged). Does that mean the Thruster battery is dead? For winter storage, I couldn't even see Thruster battery to disconnect/test -required moving House batteries and shelf (too much trouble).

sounds like one of them is dead or flat yes. try charging it up. when fully charged leave it off load for 4 hours and then measure the volts. it may come back to life.

Was the thruster circuit breaker left on?
I suspect at 8 volts it will not come back to any useful level, unfortunately.
