The last time I used the thrusters on my R-25, the red light on the control switch - which normally turns off in a few minutes after the thrusters are used - did not turn off, even after pressing the 'Off' button. It did turn off, of course, when the thruster battery switch was turned off, but the same thing happened again when I turned the battery switch back on and activated the thruster switch by simultaneously pressing both 'On' buttons.

Has anyone had that problem? Any thoughts as to the cause?

It sounds like the circuitry (solenoid?) to turn the thruster off is not working. I would recommend calling Andrew to get a point of contact at Side-Power, and then give Side-Power a call.
