Thruster Overheat?

Hi all - my bow thruster (R-25 Classic) stops working after what seems to be a short time of use. I presumed it was overheating but I do hear a solenoid "click" when I try to operate it. Does anyone know if that is in keeping with overheating, or does the click indicate that low voltage is the problem and a new battery is needed? Thank you!

These units are very sensitive for correct voltage, if the battery is low you will have problems.
