Thruster Remote Not Working (Probably User Error:-)

I have a 2018 Ranger Tug. And I have a thruster remote that I can’t get working. I turned on the thruster batteries, the thruster switch in the helm, and the thruster toggles on and still don’t get any response. I have had them on once before and the batteries are fine. I must be forgetting exactly what I did before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You need to turn on power for remote receiver and pair it. Should work then.

You can find the paring button on the receiver usually mounted under or near the thruster joy stick controllers.

Thanks all for the reply. Did get it fixed. Powered down, restarted and then all worked well. Maybe a paring issue. Thanks again.
