My thruster remote (new batteries) just flashes when turned on but does not operate the thrusters. I have seen some discussion about pairing it again - is this what is needed or am I missing something? If pairing is required, how do I achieve that? I have a 2015 R31-CB (luxury edition).
 
There are rocker switches to the right of your lower helm. One of the switches is for the thruster remote. It has to be on for the remote to work.

Thanks. That was the solution - switch was not labelled.
