Thrusters and windlass stopped!

Today as I was leaving the dock I turned on my thrusters because I thought I might need to use the bath roster to move me away from the dock as I was leaving. I hit the bow thruster joystick to port briefly And then everything just quit. No thrusters. Almost sounded like something was preventing the thruster from spinning, so I Motor out to where I had intended to anchor only to find that my windless was not working as well. Sounds to me like a fuse issue but I don’t see any obvious blown fuses. Any suggestions?

Problem solved. Blown bow thruster ANL 150A fuse! Replaced and all is well.

I wouldn’t consider all to be well until you figure out why the fuse blew. Something happened.

Were the bols holding the fuse loose? that will cause nescience trips. If not check all connections something is loose or insulation is compromised.

These fuses over time get small fractures in the element. As more develop the resistance increases and they finally blow. I am not sure why the windless would have stopped though. That should have its own fuse/breaker.
