Toilet wiring 2011 R29

I seem to remember a wiring diagram for the R29 at some point. I need to wire up my level sensors and the factory wiring does not match the wiring in the toilet manual. Any one know or have any info on this? I have 2 yellow wires and two orange wires. One orange has yellow tape the other orange has brown tape.. How I ended up here is a really long story which started while changing the sump pump motor and inadvertently connecting the ground from the bilge pump to a wire of the same yellow coloured wire going to the sensor, that had come disconnected.. I think I probably fried the toilet brain but hoping not..
