Andrew, we plan to be up shortly after April 15 for sea trial. Questions:
1) What tools do you recommend we have aboard?
2) What spare parts?
3) What do you think of the Portland Pudgy as a dingy for Ranger 25? Or what dingy would you recommend?

Norb,

I can't recommend specific tools. However, when I got my Ranger Tug I purchased a kit of Craftsman tools from Sears. They came with a lifetime warranty and the bag had a rubber water proof bottom. I was sold as a "Marine Tool Kit". It came in two sizes as I recall.

Hello Norb,

I think taking a poll from the guys that use their boats everyday will have a better list of tools to keep aboard. I would try and keep an assortment of square bits, multimeter, cordless drill, wrench assortment, socket set ect.... Will see what everyone else can add on to that.
