Total weight R25OB and ez loader trailer

Does anyone know the weight of R25 OB and EZ loader trailer? Looking at a new towing vehicle.

Not your exact config but a data point for you. Our R27OB with 9.9 kicker and aluminum Integrity trailer is 10,500 lbs with 1/2 tank of water and fuel. We tow with F350 diesel @ 9.5 mpg. Every trip we take is a minimum of 100 miles one way. I think a 3/4 ton would also work.

We’re just getting our R25OB so I don’t have the full weight yet. With that said we’ll be towing her with the 3/4 ton GMC 4x4 Duramax diesel we used to tow our R27 & R29S over the last 10 years. Question for you…..how will you trailer the boat? To the local boat ramp, launch in the spring and take out in the fall or long distances ? I ask because the size of your truck, how it’s equipped would depend how you plan on trailering.

R23 loaded for the lake (full water, full fuel, beverages, food, clothing, tender with outboard, paddle boards, etc.): 8,550#

We tow long distances with a 2017 Ram 3500 4x4 dually with 6.4l gas and 3.73 rear end. Four wheel drive is highly recommended for the inevitable slippery launch ramp.

Never a problem towing with a big truck with a gas engine. ~8.0 mpg including uphills.

We have added the new Ford 7.3l gasser or the new GM 6.6l gasser to our list when we consider replacing our truck.
