When you ask about paint for touch up, I assume you are looking for gel coat touch up. Considering the huge variance of fading on your gel coat over ten years for your boat matching will be an individual thing. Companies like Evercoat and Magicezy and others make kits for repair. There are unlimited videos online about DIY gel coat repair.
Some people have had success...maybe somewhat temporary...using colored waxes like Turtle Wax Magic Colour Ultra Blue for minor swirls and chips and scratches. There have been previous discussions about colored waxes here on TugNuts.......try using the search engine to access those if interested...............good luck with your project...

There are several gel coat touch up kits on Amazon they will have tinting colors you can mix to get a better match. Don't forget to add the hardener, when it hardens it can be wet sanded and buffed. Good idea to buff out the surrounding area first for a good match. Done correctly it should be undetectable when finished. Kevin

I recently inquired with parts department at RT to see if they sell the gel coat colors for repairs. They do sell it in 1/2 pints and up. But yes i agree you are going to have the impact of fading. They also may have changed the tint over the years. There are several good you tube videos showing how to mix and apply to scratches and repairs.
