After many great years of service our 1995 Chevy G-20 Conversion van is on it's last legs. We have seen a lot of great places through the windshield of this van and it has been our primary tow vehicle for our pop-up camper since 2008 and our R-21 Classic since 2009.
In our quest to replace this van we have been looking at the Chevy Express 2500 and 3500 series vans. The longer 155" wheel base Express looks interesting to us because we tend to pack a lot of stuff when we go boating and even more if we take a trip with the pop-up plus we have two Jack Russel Terriers that go every where we do. While towing the pop-up if we are only doing a one night stay along our trip we usually don't pop it up we just camp in the van.
So, with all of that being said we are looking for some input from any of you that might tow with an Express, either the standard wheel base or the 155" long wheel base.
