Hello TugNuts,
Following Andrew's advice we just completed the 50 hour service for Tradition at Gallery's docks in the northern part of Lake Union and I wanted to share our experience 😀.
It all started yesterday morning where we received a call from the technician that was going to work on our boat letting us know that there was a covered slip available for us to pull in, and that we should give them a call when we are almost at their location so they can help us in. We arrived a little past 10:00 AM and with little assistance we pulled in into the slip. The finger piers are fixed and even for the R-29 they are high so plan ahead!!
Once in the boat was carefully covered with protecting pads on the areas where the technician was going to work on and he proceeded to efficiently make his way through the list of items on the 50h service list. The entire job took a little less than two hours not counting the lunch break.
Overall we are very impressed and we will be using them for our engine service needs from now on. What's best is that Tradition seems to be enjoying having new filters and clean oil, not to mention not having to be run in break-in mode anymore.
