Transferring Routes from Navionics to Garmin Chartplotter

EUREKA Moment!

I discovered that the latest version of the Active Captain app was able to transfer a long route planned on my Navionics app on my iPad to the Garmin GPSMAP 7616xsv Chartplotter on my boat.
I simply had to start the chartplotter and log in to the Garmin wifi on my iPad to make the transfer. 😀 😀 😀

I have dual Garmin 7212's. no wifi as far as I can tell. can I export a route from Navionics on my I pad to a SD card and put it in the 7212?

I don’t think so. You need a WiFi connection to transfer the route...
