Changing the transmission cooler would be the easy part. The more difficult part is all the things you'd need to remove in order to reach it.
I don't know about the R25, but on the R27/Yanmar, you can undo the mounts and rock the motor to port and get pretty close! If you need any more room, you might need a forklift. 🙁
While it's all apart, you might as well change aging mounts and rebuild the heat exchanger & air cooler.
- Heat exchanger
- Charge air cooler and part of the intake
- Starboard-side, forward motor mount (others?)
- Various hoses & covers
