I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough idea of the cost of moving a R29 between the Seattle area and the San Francisco area? How about coast to coast? This is assuming you don't have the trailer or tow vehicle.

I apologize if this is a topic that has already been well discussed.

Jeff

P.S. I've given up the idea of removing the swim step - too many pluses to it.

Give Cory a call at Sharp yacht transport. They move the boats from the factory and they are used to moving them from Seattle to the dealer in Alameda.

Hi Jeff ,
Several variables here , but count on between 2 and 3 dollars a mile . Some companies charge for pick and drop then a lower milage charge for actual travel . Make sure what is included .... Prep , permits , insurance etc .
Generally , shorter distances have a higher per mile charge and you get a break on the long haul .

Thanks for the info. Cory filled me in on the costs.
