Trim Tab Actuator

Can anyone tell me the model # of the trim tab on my 2015 R27?

Starboard housing has broken. Does the whole unit need replacing or just the plastic case?

Bennett A1101. Readily available. Check with Bennett about warranty. 2 failed 3 years ago, Bennett exchanged, This year last 2 were out of warranty. Replaced all 4 on my 2014 31. No not repairable.
